Empress Mahkeda Kellman is an Afro-Caribbean Animator, Illustrator, and Character designer who is captivated by the natural world and her love of wolves. As a fan of classic animated films, she hopes to capture her own childlike wonder of the wilderness in her work through inviting colours and expressive designs. She has been working freelance since 2020 and drawing ever since she was old enough to hold a pencil. When Mahkeda isn't working, she is reading biology books, playing games, and cuddling with her rabbit.
